THE MAD HATTER

Sketch Williams Tenth Studio Album to be Released Early 2019

Following the heartbreak from losing his father and a few hard lessons in love, Sketch Williams returns with purpose, delivering another record for us to relate to and be inspired by. Introspective and raw, it defines relationships,  offering a mutually honest perspective, and then sometimes, a view that is straight through the looking glass.   Infusing a mixture of rap, indie-alt, and rock, Sketch blends lyricism and musicianship together in an almost caramelized way. Basically, it’s tasty.

“I wanted to bring a much more definitive sound to the record, in light of it being a more accessible message mixed with easy melodies to gravitate to” says Sketch.

Sketch Williams, born and raised in Winnipeg Manitoba, now living in White Rock, BC, can always be found working diligently on his music.  Grammy nominated as a musician for “Truth Has Fallin in the Streets” by Fresh I.E.,

a Berklee student with 25 years of Piano under his belt, it’s no wonder that music remains at the forefront of his efforts. There is no genre that he will not touch and there is no style that does not interest him.

“I think all the travelling I did when I was younger really played a part in my interest of using multiple instruments from around the world” says Sketch.

We look forward to the upcoming album and what comes later this year.
